Corporate Headquarters Houston, Texas

Founded in 2008, TruHorizon’s corporate headquarters is located in Houston, Texas, where leadership, engineering, and operational strategy are coordinated across all regions.

Chief Executive Officer

Michael Harlan

Michael Harlan has served as our Chief Executive Officer since September 2013 and as Chairman of our Board of Directors since May 2014. In addition to overseeing daily operations, Michael works closely with each of our Regions in developing and executing TruHorizon’s strategic growth plan. Michael has over 30 years of executive management experience having served as the CEO, President, COO and CFO for multiple publicly-traded and private companies. In addition, he also serves on the University of Houston Honors College Advisory Board. Michael is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Accounting Degree.
Chief Financial Officer

Jeffery Monte

Jeffery Monte has served as our Chief Financial Officer since 2019. In addition to overseeing accounting operations, Jeff works closely with other members of the executive management team to operate the company effectively and efficiently. Jeff has over 30 years of management experience having served as corporate secretary, financial reporting and corporate controller for publicly-traded and private companies. Jeff graduated from the College of Santa Fe with a Bachelor of Accounting degree, and New Mexico State University with a Human Resources degree.
Vice President of Engineering

Brent Cummings

Brent has served as Vice President of Engineering since February 2021 and as a part of the engineering team at TruHorizon since March 2012. Brent works with TruHorizon’s engineering team across all regions to facility growth in addition to providing expertise and guidance for sales, operations, and clients. Brent started as an Engineer and has helped grow TruHorizon’s engineering capabilities with cutting edge technology and high caliber engineering staff. Brent graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering.

Executive Vice President

Brandon Gray

As Executive Vice President of Operations, Brandon Gray works with the TruHorizon’s operations staff to oversee and plan all mobilization and demobilization of our temporary walls and permanent structures for our customers. Brandon has over 18 years of experience in oil and gas industry sales. Before his current role, Brandon worked as National Sales Director at TruHorizon helping the sales staff to reach new clients in various markets that we serve. Brandon graduated with a Bachelor of Communications Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.  This experience provides Brandon the skills to help TruHorizon continue to bring our first class environmental solutions to new clients throughout the U.S.

Jerry W. Walters, II

As the controller of TruHorizon, Jerry plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of our organization. With a commitment to transparency and precision, Jerry oversees financial planning, reporting, and strategy here at TruHorizon. With over 15 years of experience in diverse industries with multinational corporations, he has extensive expertise in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning. He brings a broad approach to delivering insightful solutions that drive growth and efficiency. Jerry graduated from Texas Southern University, Jesse H. Jones College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics.

Purchasing Manager

Darlene Lunceford

Darlene began her career with TruHorizon in August 2013 as our Accounts Payable Representative with some oil & gas experience under her belt. Since then, she has transitioned into managing Accounts Payable, Purchasing and Office Management. Darlene is an integral part of every project that comes through TruHorizon. Darlene leads our Corporate office’s community involvement projects and coordinates all of our events with local outreach opportunities.

HSE Manager

Roy Moore

Roy works with the Truhorizon Corporate office and field operations as the Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager. With over 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, Roy is passionate about safety and operational excellence. His role as HSE Manager has allowed me to develop and implement safety protocols, conduct thorough accident investigations, and oversee daily operations. Roy has a strong focus on employee safety and have successfully implemented programs to prevent accidents and promote a safe work environment. Roy is also skilled in managing teams, building strong relationships with vendors, and leveraging OSHA standards to develop effective safety protocols tailored to organizational needs and maintain a safe work environment for all employees.

Southwest Region Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico

Based in Fort Worth and Merkel, the Southwest Region supports a high volume of installations and field operations across major energy and construction markets.

Southwest Region Operations Manager

Wes Wahlert

As Operations manager of the Southwest Region, Wes Wahlert oversees and plans all mobilization and demobilization of our temporary walls and permanent structures for our customers. He is responsible for ensuring all projects are done in the safest manner possible and completed in a timely manner. Before joining the TruHorizon team, Wes grew up working on his family’s 2,800-acre cattle ranch, in addition to working in his father’s structural steel fabrication shop. Wes was also a Professional Bull Rider for over 10 years. He joined the Company in December of 2015 as the Region’s truck driver and was promoted to Operations Manager in the spring of 2016. He has installed or overseen the installation of over 10,000 linear feet of wall in his time with us and continues to maintain the utmost integrity of all of our products.

Southwest Region Account Manager

Justin Robertson

Justin Robertson was born and raised in Midland, TX and has join TruHorizon as the Account Manager for the Southwest Region. With over 18 years of sales and management experience as well as 9 years dedicated to oil and gas sales, Justin is passionate about building relationships with customers. Justin was the President of Oilfield Helping Hands-Midland Chapter from 2019-2020. As the Southwest Region Account Manager, Justin will maintain customers from Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico. Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and kids in his free time.

Northeast Region Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, New Jersey, New York

Operating out of Claysville, Pennsylvania, the Northeast Region supports noise control, monitoring, and inspection services across key energy and infrastructure markets.

Northeast Region Operations Manager

Matt Sedilko

Matt Sedilko is our Northeast Region Operations Manager. He helps manage day-to-day operations while serving our clients’ environmental needs. Matt has been with TruHorizon since December 2014 and has held multiple positions over the years he’s been with the Company. Matt enjoys lending a helping hand in any way he can company-wide with the knowledge and experience he has gained.

Engineering Manager

Greg Smee

Greg Smee serves as TruHorizon’s Engineering Manager. Greg works with the engineering team across all regions to manage daily activities to provide expertise and guidance for sales, operations, and clients. His extensive knowledge of our noise monitoring equipment and software help keep TruHorizon on the forefront of noise solutions. With over 10 years of experience, Greg has worked closely with the engineering team to provide innovative noise solutions to our clients since 2011.

Environmental Manager

Lauren Burnett

Lauren Burnett is a graduate of Muskingum University in Ohio with a bachelor’s degree in environmental science and a concentration in GeoScience. Throughout her professional career, she obtained knowledge in environmental compliance, regulations and inspections. In August 2021, Lauren joined the TruHorizon team as member of the environmental inspection team. Lauren works with the inspections team across the region to manage daily activities in addition to providing expertise and guidance for sales, and clients. Additionally, Lauren has professional training in geology and hydrology and is skilled in ArcGIS programs, AutoCAD, Pathfinder and Microsoft Office.

Northeast Region Account Manager

Amanda Herman

Amanda Herman joined TruHorizon in 2023. She brings 25 years of sales and corporate account management experience with her, as well as years of project management, to the team. Along with experience in oil field industry, she enjoys expanding TruHorizon into new and exciting industries and building customer relationships. Amanda was a collegiate athlete at California University of PA, finished studying Communications at the University of Pittsburgh, and has enjoyed coaching on many levels. Her forte is excellent customer service, open and honest communication, and her ability to build beneficial and long lasting business to business relationships. Her biggest motivation in her life is her son, who she strives to be the best for every day. This ensures that she will be the best for you too!

Rocky Mountain Region Account Manager

Curt Watson

Curt Watson has been servicing operators as a dedicated Account Manager since 2012. During his sales career, he was successful in multiple basins before his dedication turned to Environmental Solutions for the Rocky Mountain Region here at TruHorizon. Joining the team in 2022 and with over 12 years of oil and gas experience, Curt continues to enjoy connecting people with solutions, growing relationships, growing business, and benefiting the environment with helpful sound mitigation for the surrounding communities. Curt’s ultimate goal is to bring the community and oil and gas together so drilling in Colorado can be safe and environmentally friendly for many years to come.
