Bill Buggey – Northeast Region Operations Manager
Bill Buggey is our Northeast Region Operations Manager. He helps manage our day-to-day operations, while serving our clients environmental needs. Bill has been with Truhorizon since September 2011 and has held multiple positions over the years he’s been with the Company. Bill enjoys lending a helping hand in any way he can Companywide with the knowledge and experience he has gained. Bill attended Penn Foster Career School and received a degree in Business Management
Justin Chism – Drafter
Justin Chism has been with the TruHorizon engineering team since June 2012 as the lead drafter and has over 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Previously, Justin worked in the oil and gas filtration industry as a research and development engineer and drafter. Justin has over 10 years of drafting and 3D modeling experience. Justin graduated from Tarleton State University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology.
Andrew Clark – Northeast Region Account Manager
Andrew Clark has been with TruHorizon since September 2014 serving as the Regional Account Manager in the Northeast Region. He graduated with a degree in Business Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2008. Since then, Andrew has worked in oil and gas sales dealing with numerous aspects of the industry. The knowledge he has gained in this time has prepared him to understand the varying needs of our clients.
Brent Cummings – Corporate Engineering Manager
Brent Cummings has served as the Corporate Engineering Manager since September 2015 and as a part of the engineering team at TruHorizon since March 2012. Brent works with TruHorizon’s engineering team across all regions to manage daily activities in addition to providing expertise and guidance for sales, operations, and clients. Brent started as an Engineer and has helped grow TruHorizon’s engineering capabilities with cutting edge technology and high caliber engineering staff. Brent graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering.
Brandon Gray – National Sales Director
As National Sales Director, Brandon Gray works with TruHorizon’s sales staff to reach new clients in the various markets we serve. Brandon has over 13 years of experience in oil and gas industry sales. Before his current role, Brandon worked as National Account Manager at TruHorizon servicing our clients at the corporate level. Brandon has a Bachelor Degree in Communications from Stephen F. Austin State University. This experience provides Brandon the skills to help TruHorizon continue to bring our first class environmental solutions to new clients throughout the U.S.
Katherine Grisham – Lead Engineer
Katherine Grisham has served as Lead Engineer since July 2016 and as part of the engineering team at TruHorizon since March 2013. Katherine has been instrumental in furthering TruHorizon’s engineering products and services through development and refinement. Katherine works with TruHorizon’s engineering teams across all Regions to develop the highest quality engineering products. Katherine graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics and Nuclear Engineering.
Krissy Hardesty – Controller
With over a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry, Krissy brings a diverse set of skills to help navigate the ever-changing landscape of the oil and gas industry. To ensure compliance and policy adherence, Krissy monitors daily operations and oversees the Accounting and Human Resource Departments. Krissy has served as Controller for the company since 2011 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Texas A&M University.
Michael Harlan – Chief Executive Officer
Michael Harlan has served as our Chief Executive Officer since September 2013 and as Chairman of our Board of Directors since May 2014. In addition to overseeing daily operations, Michael works closely with each of our Regions in developing and executing TruHorizon’s strategic growth plan. Michael has over 30 years of executive management experience having served as the CEO, President, COO and CFO for multiple publicly-traded and private companies. In addition, he also serves on the University of Houston Honors College Advisory Board. Michael is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Accounting Degree.
Daniel Lamas – Rocky Mountain Region Engineer
Daniel Lamas joined the TruHorizon team in December of 2016 and serves as the Engineer for our Rocky Mountain Region where he aids in the development of effective noise mitigation for our clients. Daniel went to the Colorado School of Mines where he graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2016. Through innovative thinking and collaboration, Daniel assists TruHorizon in providing exceptional and reliable solutions.
Becky Martin – Human Resources Manager
Rebecca Martin began working with TruHorizon in October 2010 as our Human Resource Manager. She is responsible for the day-to-day operation of payroll, employee benefits, DOT recordkeeping and various other HR matters. Prior to joining TruHorizon, Rebecca spent thirty- eight years as a secondary business-technology teacher at Santa Anna High School in Central Texas. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she oversaw the driver’s education program for fifteen years. She graduated from Angelo State University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and also has a Driver’s Education Certification from Howard Payne University.
Ben Olcott – Northeast Region General Manager
Ben has been with TruHorizon since 2015 and serves as the General Manager for the Northeast Region. Prior to acting as General Manager, he was the Northeast Sales Director during which time TruHorizon developed services and technology to solve various environmental issues our business partners face. Ben graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Corporate Communications and has been in the oil and gas industry for 7 years holding various business development and operations management positions.
Will Scoumis – Northeast Region HSE & Asset Coordinator
Will Scoumis has been TruHorizon’s HSE & Asset Coordinator since May 2017. Will ensures that TruHorizon has a safe working environment. He is responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing safety policy and procedures. Will carries out daily safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments. He provides training and mentoring in HSE related topics to TruHorizon employees and managers. Will earned a Bachelor of Science in Safety Management from Slippery Rock University
Greg Smee – Northeast Region Engineer
Greg Smee serves as TruHorizon’s Engineer for the Northeast Region. His extensive knowledge of our noise monitoring equipment and software help keep TruHorizon on the forefront of noise solutions. With over 5 years of experience in his current role, Greg has worked closely with the engineering team to provide innovative noise solutions to our clients since 2011.
Wes Wahlert – Rocky Mountain Region Operations Manager
As Operations manager of the Rocky Mountain Region Wes Wahlert oversees and plans all mobilization and demobilization of our temporary walls and permanent structures for our customers. He is responsible for ensuring all projects are done in the safest manner possible and completed in a timely manner. Before joining the TruHorizon team, Wes grew up working on his family’s 2,800 acre cattle ranch, in addition to working in his father’s structural steel fabrication shop. Wes was also a Professional Bull Rider for over 10 years. He joined the Company in December of 2015 as the Region’s truck driver and was promoted to Operations Manager in the spring of 2016. He has installed or overseen the installation of over 7,000 linear feet of wall in his time with us and continues to maintain the utmost integrity of all of our products.
Zack Williams – Rocky Mountain Region Account Manager
Zack Williams moved to Denver, Colorado after completing his Bachelor Degree in Communications at the University of Arkansas. While his passion for the outdoors drew him to Colorado, it was his pursuit of a career in the Energy sector that supported his relocation to one of the fastest-growing oil and gas economies in the country. With nearly two years at TruHorizon, and three years of previous oil and gas experience, Zack continues to enjoy connecting people with solutions – growing relationships, growing business and benefiting the environment.
